The Workplace of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (ODPHP) leads efforts to enhance the health of all Individuals. The third EU health programme is the principle instrument the European Commission uses to implement the EU health strategy It’s applied by means of annual work plans which set out precedence areas and the factors for funding actions beneath the programme. The amount of spending on health care remained virtually unchanged for the previous few years, although the share of presidency spending on health care has increased lately at local degree.
