Winter (and spring) have constantly been recognized as the “cold and flu” season. Despite the many precautions we take (e.g., receiving a flu shot, taking vitamins, and so on.) several people normally manage to have sick.
Illnesses can take such a toll on us that we can become afraid to go anyplace and do anything. We do not consume at busy restaurants – or restaurants where there were plenty of kids. We don’t consume or shop at any location with meals unless you could see that those handling the meals wore plastic gloves. We may even quit airline travel for the reason that prior trips often resulted in illness. Although it is possible to control your private life, there was no method to steer clear of the truth that you’re going to come in make contact with sick people.

At the Office
